A kitchen sink that drains slower every week, a shower that backs up mid-rinse, a floor drain that gurgles when the washer runs — these rarely fix themselves, and snaking the surface clog usually just buys a few weeks. Our North Stonington drain team runs camera inspections to find the actual cause.
Every drain job in North Stonington starts with a look inside the pipe, not a guess based on symptoms alone.
Our North Stonington, CT drain crew is licensed and insured, trained specifically on camera equipment and hydro-jetting systems.
Trucks stocked with jetting and camera equipment are staged around North Stonington so a backed-up drain doesn't sit for days.
You'll get a price after the camera inspection, before any jetting or excavation work begins.
These are the drain issues we see most often across North Stonington, each handled with the equipment built for that specific cause.
Jetting scours the full diameter of the line, which is why it outperforms snaking on recurring grease and buildup problems.
We record and can show you the footage — you'll see exactly what's causing the clog, not just take our word for it.
For a straightforward single-fixture clog, a mechanical auger clears the blockage without the cost of jetting equipment.
We clear root intrusion and camera-check the pipe afterward to see whether a liner or spot repair is also needed.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Tell dispatch which fixtures are affected and whether it's a slow drain or a full backup — that shapes which truck gets sent.
A technician with camera and jetting equipment arrives within the scheduled window, ready to diagnose on-site.
The line gets camera-inspected, the actual blockage identified, and a flat price quoted before any clearing begins.
The drain is cleared and camera-verified afterward to confirm the line is actually open, not just flowing better temporarily.

Camera inspection pricing is quoted upfront and often bundled into the diagnosis fee for a drain cleaning call.
Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
We can recommend a maintenance interval based on your trap size and kitchen volume after the first service visit.
Cable snaking often just punches through the clog rather than clearing the buildup coating the pipe wall, so it recurs.
